We automatically collect certain information when you use our platform:

• Page views and video view counts (aggregated, non-personal)
• Upvotes, comments, and follow actions
• Visit streak data (consecutive days of platform usage)

4. Content Distribution on Social Media

• Posting your short videos on VcodingList's TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, and other social media accounts
• Including your product name, logo, and description alongside redistributed video content
• Modifying content with branding, captions, overlays, or other edits

When content is distributed to third-party platforms, it becomes subject to those platforms' privacy policies and terms of service. 5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure providers. We implement security measures including row-level access controls, encrypted connections, and secure authentication flows. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our infrastructure providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. By using VcodingList, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal data remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers for authentication, database hosting, file storage, and website hosting. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. Specifically:

• Google OAuth — for user authentication. When you sign in, Google shares limited profile information with us as described in Section 2.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data as follows:

• Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and you continue to use the Platform.
• Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, your profile, products, and associated data are permanently removed from our active database. Backup copies may persist for a reasonable timeframe before being purged in accordance with our infrastructure provider's retention policies.
• Distributed content: Content already distributed to third-party platforms (e.g., social media) prior to account deletion may not be removable from those platforms.
• Aggregated data: Anonymized, aggregated usage data (e.g., total page views, aggregate statistics) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to you.

9. Your Rights

All users have the right to:

• Access and view your personal data through your profile page
• Edit or update your profile information at any time
• Delete your products and comments
• Delete your account entirely — this permanently removes your profile, products, and associated data

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to access — request a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
